gcc-4.9-locales software package provides GCC, the GNU compiler collection (native language support files), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gcc-4.9-locales
gcc-4.9-locales is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gcc-4.9-locales package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gcc-4.9-locales *
You will get with gcc-4.9-locales package name, version, architecture and description in a table
